NDC Creative is an international design & production recruitment consultancy founded by design recruiter Naomi Dacosta in 2014.

The vision is simple, we match the brightest creative minds with innovators and industry leaders. We help agencies, studios and brands to find top tier talent.

How we work

with clients

For a start we listen, I mean really listen, this is key. Then we ask questions, lots of them. We want to know where you are coming from and where you would like to go. Finding you the right people means taking the time to appreciate your culture, your goals, as well as your people. It means we look beyond CVs, profiles and experience to match talented individuals that help you on that journey. Our approach is people first, we want to the know the motives, values and perspectives new players will bring to your team.

We are known for developing relationships built on honesty, trust & understanding to partner you in identifying, attracting and retaining talent that not only matches your journey but helps to shape it.

How we work

with candidates

If we have found you then you can guarantee that we have already done our research, we will already have checked out your profiles, portfolio, experience. By the time we make contact we want to hear your unique story, motivations and what comes next on your journey. If you are reaching out to us, then we want to know all the above, it will just take us a bit longer to get there.

There is no round peg, round hole recruitment here. We work closely with candidates to ensure your skills and aspirations align with the opportunities presented and that your next move is a considered progression for all.
